摘要
利用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国职业女性休闲体育进行研究。指出我国职业女性休闲体育具有随他性和时限性,能够体现地域文化与民俗特征,表现形式多样统一,突出休闲享受特质,但存在重"休闲"而轻"体育"的倾向。同时认为职业女性的休闲体育具有显著的文化价值:体现团队精神和协作意识,具有健身功能,注重美感体验,传播休闲文化。最后为创新职业女性休闲体育发展模式提出建议。
By using literature data and logical anaylsis methods, this paper makes research on the leisure sports of Chinese career women. The leisure sports of career women include new fashion fitness projects as well as traditional leisure sports, with certain regional culture and folk features and diverse forms, reflecting the rich multi-ethnic cultural patterns with the strong characterisic of leisure, but having the tendency of under estimating physieal training and hichlighting leisucre sports. Meanwhile, the leisure sports can show the obvious cultural value： team spirit and cooperation consciousness, fitness function and aesthetic experience. The author puts forward some suggestions on innovating the development model of career women＇s leisure sports.
