摘要
职业生涯设计理念是人力资源管理的一个重要理论之一。民族院校图书馆在对馆员进行职业生涯设计的定位分析时,必须从其本身的定义、认识、必要性、途径和不足上进行分析阐述,以便为图书馆员进行职业生涯设计理念提供理论依据。
Career design concept is one of an important theory of human resource management. Ethnic colleges and universi- ties library in the design of librarians' occupational career positioning analysis, must start fi'om its own definition, understanding, analysis in this paper, the necessity, the way and the insufficiency, in order to design idea of librari- ans' occupational career to provide certain theoretical basis.
