摘要
台湾高职教育经过四个阶段的发展,已建立起包括专科学校、技术学院及科技大学在内的专科、本科、硕士、博士多层次、全方位的高职教育体系。其在办学定位、全人教育、学生职涯规划、校企合作工学结合、理实一体化课程设置、国际竞争力提升、师资队伍建设、信息化教育管理方面均树立了高职教育模式的典范。我们需要借鉴台湾高职教育教学中的宝贵经验,真正地实现高职教育深耕于企业、服务于社会经济的核心宗旨。
The Higher Vocational Education in Taiwan has been built a multi-level and comprehensive system after its four stages＇ development,which contains diploma,bachelor,master and doctor. All the degrees are also including in college,institutes of technology and the University of Science and Technology College. It sets up a model in running orientation,holistic education,students＇ career planning,cooperation of colleges and enterprises, combination of work and study,curriculum with theory and practice,raising international competitiveness, construction of teaching troop and information management,etc. All in all,we would like to use the valuable experience of Higher Vocational Education in Taiwan as our reference and devote to realizing our core purpose which is rooting higher vocational education in enterprise and serving to the social economy.
