摘要
为了快速预测单向加筋板的隔声性能,提出了一种易于编程和高效计算的解析-数值耦合法。通过分析加强筋的弯曲和扭转运动得到其作用在平板上的反力和反力矩,建立结构的声透射精确模型。然后运用空间谐波展开法和虚功法求解,得到一组无限大线性代数方程组。对其进行数值截断计算后便可研究结构的隔声性能。通过与两种简化模型的计算结果作对比,验证了所建理论模型的有效性。数值结果表明,增加间距能改善结构总体隔声性能,却使低频段恶化;而增加惯性矩能提高低频段的隔声性能,但对高频段影响不大。
To quick predict the sound insulation performance of single stiffened plate, an analytical-numerical method, which is easy to code and compute, is presented. An accurate model that calculates the vibro-acoustic sound transmission of the system is established by sufficiently analyzing the bending and torsional motion equation of the stiffeners for getting the reverse forces and moments of the stiffeners which are loaded on the flat plate. By expanding the structural and acoustic responses in terms of the space harmonics and by using the virtual energy method, an infinite set of simultaneous algebraic equations that can be numerically solved by truncating them in a finite range is derived. Then it can be used to analyze sound insulation of stiffened structure. The validity of the developed model is qualified by comparing model predictions with analytical results and the predictions of two simple models. Numerical results show that bigger stiffener spacing ameliorates the sound insulation performance of the structure in an overall sense. However, it is deteriorated in low-frequency range obviously. The situation can be changed by increasing the inertia moment of stiffener, but that has no effects in high-frequency range.
