催化剂使用后期甲醇合成操作的优化

Optimization of methanol synthesis operation at later stage of catalyst life

摘要 阐述了吐哈油田甲醇厂催化剂使用后期甲醇合成装置存在的问题,分析了影响合成反应的因素,提出了提高合成催化剂收率的措施,通过优化合成新鲜气组份、优化两套合成塔气量分布、优化合成入塔气组份等措施,可有效增加甲醇产量。 The problems existed in the two methanol synthesis units of Methanol Plant of Petrochina Tuha Oilfield Co. at the later stage of catalyst life were discussed, and the factors affected the synthesis reaction were analyzed, based on which a measure for improving the output in the later period of catalyst life was proposed, that was to optimize the feed composition of fresh synthesis gas, the distribution of feed gas between the two synthesis reactors, and the composition of inlet gas for the synthesis reactors. Methanol yield obviously increased after optimization.
