摘要
为了改进传统离散制造业单机设备接入生产质量监控系统的局限性,研制了一种新型的基于物联网相关技术的工序质量控制终端。该终端以S3C2440为核心处理器,采用嵌入式WINCE操作系统,搭载条码阅读器、无线通信模块、IO扩展模块等,实现了产品自动识别、生产数据远传、质量连锁控制、工序能力分析等功能。通过工序质量控制终端,在少动或不动原有自动化单机设备软硬件的情况下,将设备可靠地融入生产质量监控系统。
To overcome the limitation of single device access to the production and quality monitoring system in traditional dis- crete manufacturing industry, a novel terminal of quality control in working procedure was developed. S3C2440 was used as the core processor and the embedded WINCE was used as the operation system, and with the bareode reader, wireless communication modu- lar and I0 expansion modular, the terminal could be used to add many functions which include automatic identification, remote communication, quality chain control, process ability analysis and so on. With the terminal of quality control in working procedure, to the original single equipment of which with not or less change to the hardware and software, the equipment ean be reliably inte- grated into the production quality control system.
