摘要
扩张型心肌病是临床常见疾病,为一侧或者双侧心腔扩大,合并心肌肥厚,伴有收缩期心肌泵血功能障碍的疾病,患者往往有充血性心力衰竭。扩张型心肌病的死亡率较高。导致扩张型心肌病的原因较多,且临床治疗方法多样。本文从扩张型心肌病的病因及临床治疗方法进行了综述。病因方面,分析了感染、自身免疫、细胞免疫和基因等方面引起疾病发生的研究进展。临床治疗,分析了内外科对扩张型心肌病的治疗进展。
