锌精矿沸腾炉应用磨煤喷粉机环保开炉的生产实践

摘要 介绍了磨煤喷粉机环保开炉法在锌精矿制酸装置中的应用。通过用粉煤代替硫磺作为燃料升温,大大减少了开炉期间的二氧化硫排放。详述了升温程序和控制要点。生产实践表明,只要严格操作、控制合理的炉顶负压、加强焙烧系统与制酸系统的联系,沸腾炉开炉就有可能实现二氧化硫零排放。 The application of an environmentally-friendly startup method for fluidized-bed roaster in sulphuric acid plant based on zinc concentrate is described. Sulpur dioxide emission during startup is minimized by repla- cing sulphur by coal dust from a coal-grinding duster as fuel for heating. The heating procedure and key points of control are detailed. Production practice showed that it is possible to realize zero emission of sulphur dioxide during startup by strict operation, controlling roaster top at proper negative pressure and keeping close contact between roasting system and acid production system.
