摘要
将经间苯二酚和六次甲基四胺改性的废胶粉与氯丁橡胶(CR)共混,制备改性废胶粉/CR共混物。研究了废胶粉的改性方法对共混物性能的影响,并探讨了废胶粉用量对共混物硫化特性和物机性能的影响。研究结果表明:废胶粉经间苯二酚和六次甲基四胺改性后,共混物的综合力学性能较未改性废胶粉的提高,Tg变化不大。
Waste rubber powde(WRP)was modified by resorcin and methenamine,and the WRP/chloroprene rubber(CR)blend was prepared by blending the modified WRP with chloroprene rubber.The effects of blending method and dosage of WRP on cure and mechanical properties of WRP/CR blend were investigated.The results showed the mechanical properties of WRP/CR blend increased after modification with WRP,but the Tg haven't changed much.
