摘要
针对传统的斗轮堆取料机俯仰液压系统存在运行不可靠、稳定性差、使用寿命短等不足,对液压系统中的回路进行优化设计,增强设备运行的平稳性,延长使用寿命,减少维护量,降低运行成本,提高斗轮堆取料的工作效率。
Aiming at the faults existed in traditional pitch hydraulic system of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer, such as the main operation was not reliable, poor stability and short service life, and so on, the circuit in hydraulic system was designed with optimization. The operation stability in equipment is enhanced, the service life is extended, the maintenance of operation is reduced and the cost is reduced, which improves the efficiency of work for bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer.
