摘要
刨床加工存在着加工效率低等问题,因此对刀杆组件进行优化,采用增加刀刃的方法,将原来的刨床单杆单刃刀具改为双杆双刃刀具,并利用SolidWorks Simulation三维设计软件进行建模仿真。由仿真结果可知:采用该设计能够显著提高刨床的工作效率,符合现代加工的需求。
Planer processing efficiency is low. Therefore, tool rod components were optimized. Through increasing blade, the original single rod single blade tool was changed into double rods two-edged tool. SolidWorks Simulation software was used to make modeling and simulation. The simulation results show that using the designed tool, the planer work efficiency is improved significant- ly. It meets the needs of modern processing.
