摘要
保定市王快一西大洋水库综合管理工程渠首引水隧洞采用竖井加平洞方案,平洞施工采用水库一侧预先设置的混凝土塞挡水,平洞施工完成后爆除混凝土塞实现取水。混凝土塞呈喇叭状,倾角为水平,塞体与岩体间设置的钢管和油毡形成薄弱面。爆破选用防水乳化炸药和国产电子雷管的毫秒延时起爆双网路,采用排孔爆破、周边未预裂爆破、岩碴处理无集碴坑或缓冲坑方案,取得了理想的爆破效果。
The headwork of water diversion tunnel is protected by a concrete plug predetermined in the reservoir side. The angle of horn-shaped concrete plug is level. The asphalt felt and steel pipe set between the plug body and the rock to form a weak surface plates and linoleum. By adopting domestic waterproof emulsion explosive, electronic detonator, and a series of technology, such as, double network, millisecond delay detonator, peripheral hole no using pre-splitting blasting, rock ballast treatment without slag collecting pit or buffer pit, the plug blasting was very successful.
