摘要
针对峰峰集团小屯矿通过对井下工作面安装工作的传统管理模式,对该矿工作面安装任务具有施工时间长、效率低、衔接紧张、涉及单位多的现状,进行分析探讨,提出了新的组织施工管理模式,提升了安装质量,有效控制了危险源,实现了高效管理,对类似矿井的工作面安装具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper analyzed the mine face Xiaotun mine traditional management mode installation work, According to the mine face installation task with a long construction time, low efficiency, convergence tense, involving multi-unit status, a new construction management organization mode was put forward. Face installation and dismantling work were carried out, coal mining was an important aspect of management with overlap and intersect and without safety management, restricted the production schedule forward. Efficient management of the old mine working face installation work using traditional management model had important reference.
