摘要
主控室盘台作为核电厂主控室人机接口的关键设备,其设计目的是为符合操纵员习惯,确保操纵的灵活性与可靠性,因此,采用人机工效学分析法进行盘台设计,并在制造加工过程中,提出了合适的测试方法以确保其可靠性。结果表明,通过人机工效学分析与测试方法的验证,制造出了符合核电厂要求的主控室盘台设备。
As the critical human-machine interface equipment of nuclear power plant main control room (MCR), the design of Consoles and Panels should meet the habits of the operators to ensure the operation flexibihty and reliability. So, Human-machine Ergonomic Analysis Method is applied to the Consoles and Panels Design in this paper. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the reliability, the appropriate qualification and supervision and testing methods are proposed. The results show that, through the human-machine ergonomic analysis and testing verification, MCR Consoles and Panels Manufactured are able to meet the requirements of nuclear power plant.
