摘要
链条作为发动机一个不可缺少的零部件,起着重要作用,是驱动发动机的配气机构,使引擎进、排气门在适当的时候能开启或关闭,以保证发动机气缸能够正常地吸气和排气。主要从凸轮轴卡死角度进行分析,并通过整改逐一验证,确定了凸轮轴卡死是链条断裂的原因之一。通过设计优化,彻底解决了因凸轮轴卡死而导致链条断裂的故障发生。
The chain as an indispensable engine parts, plays an important role, is the gas distribution mechanism to drive the engine, the engine inlet, exhaust valve can be opened or closed at the appropriate time, to ensure that the engine cylinder can be normal suction and exhaust. It mainly analyzes from the camshaft card dead angle, and through rectification to verify, confirm the camshaft stuck is one of the reasons why the chain fracture.
