摘要
根据冶金反应热力学原理,结合AOD炉冶炼铬锰氮奥氏体不锈钢的生产数据进行回归分析和标准偏差分析,优选出有利于提高AOD炉还原期电解锰回收率的钢液初始碳含量工艺参数.
According to the principle of metallurgical thermodynamics, combining the regression analysis and standard devi-ation analysis, the production data of smelting chromium manganese nitrogen austenitic stainless steel by AOD are ana-lyzed. Process parameters of original carbon content of molten steel have been optimized, in order to improve the electrolyt-ic manganese recovery rate during reduction period in AOD.
