摘要
当前,信托公司加强了《信托公司净资本管理办法》落实,初步建立起了净资本管理体系,将净资本管理进一步应用于经营发展中。但是,信托公司净资本管理理念认识不足,净资本管理体系尚不健全,净资本管理应用不够深入,净资本管理和应用仍有较大提升空间。
In 2012, 36 trust companies disclose the current situation of net capital risk control indicators and net capital management, which are helpful to study China＇ s trust industry net capital management and application. At present, the trust companies begin to strengthen the implementation of net capital management, establish a net capital management system, and the net capital management is further applied to business development. However, the net capital management concept in trust companies is insufficiency, the net capital management system is not perfect, and net capital management application is not deep enough. Net capital management and application is still large room for improvement.
