摘要
目的:探讨护理路径在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中应用的效果评价。方法:将60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组26例采用传统护理模式,观察组34例采用临床护理路径表,成立临床路径小组进行护理健康教育。结果:观察组患者的平均住院天数、平均住院费用均明显低于对照组,而健康教育效果及患者的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径是一种行之有效的护理方式,可提高护理质量及工作效率,提高患者满意度。
Objective： To assess the effects of nursing pathway applied to the patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Method： All 60 patients were randomized into two groups. 26 patients of the control group received tra- ditional care mode and 34 cases of the observation group health education of nursing with clinical nursing pathway scale. Result： Average hospitalization days, average hospitalization cost of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the effects of health education and satisfactory degree of the patients were obvi- ously higher than that of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical nursing pathway, a practical and effective method, could improve nursing quality, work efficacy, and satisfactory de- gree of the patients.
