企业管理的核心是建立企业运作机制,笔者从4个层面阐述如何建立企业运作机制:理清组织架构、完善组织职能、流程盘点。
The company management core is to establish company operational mechanism. The author explained how to estab- lish company operational mechanism from four different perspectives： Structure reorganization, improving organizational function, process analysis, setting up operational standard and data record system.
