摘要 建立一种快速检测皮革和毛皮中游离甲醛、戊二醛的高效液相色谱法。以C18(150mm×4.6mm×5μμm)色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈、水为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长360nm,外标法定量。结果表明:在0.1—2.0μg/mL范围内,甲醛、戊二醛线性关系良好,回收率在87%~102%之间。方法快捷准确、重现性好,精密度和检出限均可满足检测工作需要,适合皮革和毛皮中游离甲醛、戊二醛的同时检测。 A rapid method for simultaneous determination of free formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde by HPLC in leather and fur was described. The HPLC conditions were C18 ( 150mm × 4.6mm × 5 μm) column with acetonitrile - water as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The photodiode array detector wavelength was at 360nm. The results show that the linear range for formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde is between 0.1 -2.0μg/mL,and the average recovery rate is at the ragne of 87%- 102%. The method is fast and accurate with good reproducibility and precision. The detection limits could meet the need for testing free form-aldehyde and glutaraldehyde in leather and fur.
