摘要
分别对316L不锈钢板、不锈钢衬管以及爆炸复合后双金属复合管衬层进行金相组织分析、化学成分分析和力学性能(拉伸、硬度)测试。结果表明,爆炸载荷对不锈钢衬层的金相组织及化学成分影响较小;对不锈钢衬层的力学性能(拉伸、硬度)影响较大。
The microstructure analysis, chemical analysis and mechanical properties (tensile, hardness) test on 316L stainless steel plate, stainless steel pipe and the liner of lined pipe after explosive compound were carried out. The conclusions show that the explosion loads has little influence on the microstructure and chemical composition of stainless steel liner, and has significant influences on the mechanical properties (tensile, hardness) of the stainless steel liner.
