摘要
介绍了影响PVC树脂质量测定结果的因素:①影响分子质量的因素为制备PVC树脂稀溶液的溶解时间和乌式黏度计的洁净度;②影响增塑剂(DOP)吸收量的因素为PVC加入DOP后的放置时间;③影响热稳定性的因素为热试验箱的升温速度和PVC树脂受热的均匀程度;④影响颗粒分布的因素为分析筛的规格和清洗方式。
Factors affecting the measurement results of the quahty ot PVC resins were mtroducecl. The factors were as follows： 0 factors affecting the molecular mass were the dissolving time for preparing dilute PVC solution, and the cleanliness of Ubbelodhe viscometer; （2） factor affecting the plasticizer （DOP） absorption was the standing time after adding DOP in PVC; （3） factors affecting the thermal stabil- ity were the rate of heating test box and the uniformity of heating PVC resins; （4） factors affecting the par- ticle size distribution were the specifications and cleaning methods of sieves used in measurement.
