摘要
根据恒定应力寿命试验的理论,设计了直线滚柱导轨的加速寿命试验系统,对LGR35EA、LGR45EA直线滚柱导轨副在不同载荷下进行了寿命测试。试验表明在给定的试验条件下,直线导轨副的失效机理没有改变,对于直线导轨副进行恒定应力加速寿命试验是合理和可行的。
Based on the theory of constant stress life test, design the accelerated life test system of the linear roller guideway, the test was carried out under different load for LGR35EA, LGRdSEA linear roller guideway, the result shows that under the given experimental condition, failure mechanism of the linear roller guideway has not changed, constant stress accelerated life test is reasonable and feasible for the linear roller guideway.
