摘要
周围神经损伤后的物理治疗方法,主要有激光疗法、红外线疗法、电磁场疗法、中频电流疗法、超短波疗法和超声波疗法。这些物理因子可单独运用,也可与其他治疗方法联合应用。物理因子作用于受损神经处使远端神经 Wallerian变性加快,血管及雪旺氏细胞增生变得明显,神经传导速度恢复加快,神经纤维和髓鞘的再生加快。失神经肌肉获得再支配的时间缩短,肌力及肢体功能的恢复较为满意。物理疗法在促进神经再生和功能恢复方面具有不可忽视的作用。
There are many methods of physical therapy that may be used after peripheral nerve injuries.They mainly includes laser therapy, infrared therapy, electromagnetic field therapy, medium frequency current, ultrashort wave therapy,ultra sound therapy. Those physical agents was used to injuryed peripheral nerve site. They lead to accelerated wallerian's degeneration, obvious blood vessels proliferation, mild fibrous tissue proliferation and accelerated nerve regeneration. Time of reinnervation is faster.There are a better muscle force and functional recovery.Physical therapy is very important in accelerated nerve regeneration and functional recovery.
