摘要
利用高岭土尾矿取代河沙研制加气混凝土,探讨了尾矿细度、浇注温度和静停时间对加气混凝土强度和密度的影响;对尾矿和河沙蒸压后的样品进行了XRD和SEM分析,并通过正交试验确定了加气混凝土的最佳配比。实验结果表明,高岭土尾矿具有较强的蒸压水热反应特性,所制备的尾矿加气混凝土密度为601.4 kg/m3时,抗压强度为5.76 MPa;密度为702.4 kg/m3时,抗压强度达到6.86 MPa。
This article is using kaolin tailings to replace sand in preparing aerated concrete. The fineness of tailing,the pour- ing temperature,and the firstly curing time,which would have effects on the compression strength and density of aerated concrete, were studied. Autoclaved samples of tailings and sand were characterized by XRD and SEM. By orthogonal test,determine the op- timal proportion of tailing aerated concrete. Experimental results show that the kaolin tailing has strong autoclaved hydrothermal reaction. When the density of the tailing aerated concrete is 601.4 kg/m3,the compression strength is 5.76 MPa. When the density of the tailing aerated concrete is 702.4 kg/m3, the compression strength is 6.86 MPa.
