摘要
天津钢铁集团有限公司3 200 m3高炉由于炉体铜冷壁破损严重、炉缸侧壁温度持续居高不下,必须进行停炉中修以更换部分铜冷却壁。介绍了开炉的装料情况、加风过程等。开炉后,通过采用合理的上下部调剂、及时合理的热制度、造渣制度的调节,使高炉炉况稳定、顺行,快速达产。总结了成功和不足之处,为以后高炉快速开炉、达产积累了经验。
Due to serious damage of copper stave and constant high temperature at hearth side, 3 200 m3 BF of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited (TISCO) must be shut down for an intermediate repair to exchange partial copper staves. The paper describes the charging and blast volume increase process of BF start-up. Afler start-up, through reasonable upper and lower parts regulation, timely and reasonable heat system and slag building adjustment, the blast furnace ran smoothly with stable conditions and fast reached the output. Summarizing the successes and defects, the paper accumulates experience for later BF start-up and output arrival.
