摘要
将试验和有限元分析相结合是提高复杂结构模态测试结果准确性和可靠性的一种发展趋势,以一个复杂框架为例,介绍了如何利用有限元分析结果进行复杂框架结构模态试验的准备和设计,即在试验前利用有限元结果进行测量点和参考点的优化布置,获得最佳的试验方案,从而达到缩短试验周期、提高试验精度的目的,逐步实现从单一的物理试验向分析与试验综合研究的跨越。
The integration of test and finite element analysis is a way to improve efficiency and accuracy in the modal test for complicated structure.This paper takes one equipment’s setting as example to introduce test design and preparation techniques of modal test for complicated structure by the calculation results of finite-element modes.Thus location optimization of measuring and exciting points can be achieved before test.The feasibility of the experimental scheme was evaluated.By doing so,such approach can refine the experiment and elevate the experimental ability.Thus,Modal preparation will be not only a simple experiment but gradually become a synthesized research of experiment and analysis.
