摘要
我国正处于重大的历史转型期。由于政治和经济体制改革而引发的社会结构调整、社会机制转换、计划经济向市场经济的过渡和价值主体的多样性与复杂性等因素,使社会文化体系和文化形态也凸显多元化与包容性的特点。本文认为博物馆是先进的社会文化形态,肩负着促进文化繁荣、提高国民素养和构筑公民社会的神圣使命,而博物馆的志愿者更是以其独有的人文风采与道德魅力,成为推动精神文化发展、昭示社会良知和强化公民意识的生力军。
China is now in a very important historical transformation period. The social culture system and form become diversified and inclusive on account of the factors including social structure adjustment and social mechanism conversion as well as the change from planned economy to market economy, and also the diversity and complexity of value subject initiated from the political and economic reform. The museum is a culture and education institution which undertakes sacred duties of promoting social cultural flourishing, im- proving people＇s accomplishment and constructing citizen society. While the museum＇s volunteering group is also a beneficial force of accelerating the development of spiritual culture and declaring social conscience as well as strengthening civil consciousness relying on volunteers＇ humanities and virtues.
