摘要
围绕着大学排行榜所产生的争议,表面上焦点在于排行榜指标设计的合理性、科学性,实质上隐藏着大学与社会之间关于各自权利主张的博弈。一方面,大学出于其传统自治理念的固守,对于各种大学排行榜持有一种傲慢与抵触之态;另一方面,社会性力量需要借助于大学排行榜的发布,引导与控制高等教育的发展进程,实现社会干预的有力扩张。而排行榜博弈的真谛就在于寻求一种大学自治与社会干预的平衡模式。
The disparity of university ranking apparently focuses on that whether the ranking index is rational and scientific, which actually conceals game between universities and society. On one hand, universities object to various university rankings because of traditional idea of autonomy; on the other hand, the social power constructs and controls the process of the development of high education and realizes the overspreading of social interference. However, the essence of the ranking game is looking for a balanced mode between university autonomy and social interference.
