摘要
针对建页HF-1页岩气水平井易出现井壁水化垮塌及水平段易粘卡的问题,采用了Halliburton-Baroid的INVERMUL油基钻井液。现场应用表明,INVERMUL油基钻井液具有稳定性强、封堵防塌能力强、破乳电压高、滤失量低、流变性好、润滑性好等特点,很好地满足了建页HF-1页岩气水平井的作业要求。
In order to solve the problems of borehole collapsing and sticking while drilling Jianye HF-1 shale gas horizontal wells, oil-based drilling fluid INVERMUL from Halliburton-Baroid has been used. Application result shows that oil-based drilling fluid INVERMUL has good stability and anti-collapsing performance,high demulsifying voltage,low filtrate,good rheology and lubrication so as to meet operation requirements.
