摘要
对在机械抛光中使用LabVIEW程序进行力学数据的采集作了探讨。叙述了选用Colhchester Tornado A50型机床,基于数据采集DAQ系统,以LabVIEW程序,对机械抛光压头在60s内作用的三维力学数据进行了测量采集的实验。通过使用LabVIEW程序缩短了程序开发时间,使得运行速度和效率都有了明显的改善。另外数据采集的分析更加简单方便,也易于理解和纠错,表明LabVIEW程序适用于各个领域的高端系统设计、代码审查、源代码控制和高级编程,是未来必不可少的传统仪器技术与虚拟仪器系统计算机和网络技术相融合的产物。
This paper presents the usage of LabVIEW in the mechanical polishing process data acquisition. Based on the LabVIEW program, it uses DAQ system to test the three-dimensional loading of work piece in Colhchester Tornado AS0 lathe during 60 seconds. The formula for friction and coefficient of friction is then calculatedusing X, Y and Z axes loads measured by LabVIEW. The measuring graphic is finally previous experimental work which used traditional C language. Comparison suggests: 1 ) VIEW is more simple and convenient; 2) the program is easier to understand, and has the error correction drawn compared to the data collection by Lab- a better performance in
