云南某铜矿低碱条件下选矿工艺流程研究 被引量:8

摘要 在对云南某铜矿进行系统浮选试验的基础上,比较了铜硫混选-铜硫分离、直接浮选不分离两种不同的选矿工艺。研究结果表明,采用直接浮选不分离工艺,经一次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿再磨四次精选,可以获得含铜21.00%、回收率87.73%的铜精矿。浮选尾矿再用磁选回收铁,可以获得铁品位55.89%、铁回收率21.59%的铁精矿。 Based on comprehensive flotation tests with a copper ore from Yunnan, two different processing flowsheets, Cu-S bulk flotation-Cu/S separation and direct flotation without further separation, were compared with each other. The results showed that, with a direct flotation flowsheet containing a roughing, two stages of scavenging, and four stages of cleaning of regrinded rough concentrate, a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery as 21.00% and 87.73%, respectively, can be obtained. Furthermore, an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 55.89% and 21.59%, respectively, can be collected from the flotation tailings by magnetic separation.
