基于双目能量模型立体图像质量客观评价方法

摘要 立体图像的深度感知取决于双目差距,基础视觉皮层的差距调谐细胞在感知立体深度的过程中起着关键作用。单只眼睛感知的图像信息被单目简单细胞接收之后传入双目简单细胞进行处理,继而被送入复杂细胞进行综合,得到基础视觉皮层对于一幅立体图像的能量响应。用数学模型来仿真简单的以及复杂的细胞对于双目差距的响应,并通过双目能量模型的计算达到评价彩色立体图像的目的。实验结果表明,双目能量模型的评价结果与立体图像的主观评价值具有较高的一致性。 Stereoscopic depth perception depends on binocular disparity ,and disparity tuning cells in primary visual cortex play a key role in perceiving stereoscopic depth. Image information perceived by a single eye is transferred into binocular simple ceils after accepted by monocular simple cells, and then is fed into complex cells, and then obtain the energy response of the primary visual cortex for stereoscopic images. In this paper, a mathematical model is used to simulate the response of these cells for binocular disparities, and the binocular energy is calculated to evaluate the objective quality of stereoscopic images. Experiments perform on color stereoscopic images indicate that the evaluation results of the binocular energy model agree well with the subjective assessment scores.
