摘要
经济社会发展的转型必然带来高等教育的转型发展,教学服务型大学应运而生。建设教学服务型大学,是社会经济发展、科学技术发展和高等教育发展的必然要求。教学服务型大学是在我国高等教育大众化发展进程中出现的,以推动知识的创新、传授、应用与地方经济社会发展相结合为宗旨,全面构建新型的教学与科研模式、组织制度形式和资源配置方式的现代大学,具有开放性、应用性、多样性、地方性等特征。培育具有强烈服务意识、服务精神的学校领导核心,确立学校转型发展的办学格局,联合培养应用型人才,合作开展应用研究和试验开发,建立共容共生的组织制度,是教学服务型大学转型发展的主要路径。
The transformation of economic society will cause the change of higher educa- tion. To construct the teaching-service-oriented university is the necessary need of social e- conomy development, science and technology development and higher education develop- ment. In the period of the massification of China higher education, the teaching-service-ori- ented university appeared to promote the integrity of knowledge and local economic social de- velopment, to construct the new model of teaching and research, and to set up new organiza- tion systems and resource allocation regulation in the university. Then, the teaching-service- oriented university is of openness, applicability, diversity, and regionality. The key to real- ize the transformation of teaching-service-oriented university includes the leadership full of service spirit, the school-running pattern of transition, joint training of applied talents, co- operation of application research and experimental development, and the compatible organi- zation system.
