摘要
目的:观察干燥综合征(SS)模型大鼠心肺功能变化及探讨与调节性T细胞(Treg)的相关性。方法:将20只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)组10只和模型(MC)组10只,采用完全弗氏佐剂+同种鼠颌下腺抗原诱导,观察各组大鼠体质量、心肺功能、细胞因子及调节性T细胞变化情况。结果:与NC组比较,MC组大鼠体质量下降,饮水量增加(P<0.01),白介素-17(IL-17)明显升高,白介素-4(IL-4)、Treg表达降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);相关性表明右室舒张末期内径(RV)、左室舒张末期内径(LV)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS%)、心脏每搏量(SV)、左心房舒张末期内径(LA)、25%肺活量的最大呼气流量(FEF_(25)、50%肺活量的最大呼气流量(FEF_(50))、最大呼气中期流量(MMF)与Treg呈相关性。结论:SS大鼠在发生炎症时,其心肺功能水平呈下降趋势,与Treg表达降低呈相关性,提示Treg调控作用减弱,引起免疫失衡,免疫复合物沉积加重对心肺组织细胞损害,从而导致心肺功能的下降。
Objective: To observe the correlation analysis between cardiopulmonary function of SS rats change and CD CD2s Foxp3 Treg. Methods: 20 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NC) and model group (MC), each group was 10. Complete Freund's adjuvant plus same race rat submandibular gland antigen-induced, we observed the rats body weight, heart and lung function, cytokines and regulatory T cells changes. Results: Compared with NC, MC rat body weight decreased, water intake increased (P〈0.01), IL-17 significantly increased, IL-4 expression of regulatory T cells decreased (P〈0.05, P〈0.01); correlation indicated that RV, LV, LVPW, FS%, SV, LA, FEF25, FEFs0, MMF and regulatory T cells were correlated. Conclusion: SS rats in inflammation, heart and lung function level downward trend are correlated with the expression of regulatory T cells, that suggesting Treg regulation weakened, causing the immune imbalance, immune complex deposition, thereby increasing the damage on the heart and lung tissue cells, leading to a decline in heart and lung function.
