有机沼液生物肥对蔬菜品质的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 沼液经过充分发酵,其中富含多种作物所需的营养物质,因而宜作根外施肥,其效果优于化肥。在此基础上,筛选并复配PGPR根圈促生菌到沼液中,形成有机沼液生物肥。有机沼液生物肥是集营养、促生和生防为一体的多功能生物肥料。施用有机沼液生物肥辣椒果实维生素C含量达到了78.28 mg/kg,比处理CK增加31%,可溶性糖含量提高32.4%。应用有机沼液生物肥番茄维生素C含量比对照增加46.6%,可溶性糖含量提高45%。施用有机沼液生物肥的黄瓜Vc含量比对照提高56.8%,可溶性糖含量提高84.2%。 Abstraet:Biogas liquid is rich in nutrient substances needed by various kinds of crops after being fermented completely. Thus, it is suitable for foliage spray and the effect is better than chemical fertilizer. PGPR was screened and compounded into the biogas liquid to form organic biogas liquid bio - fertilizer. Organic biogas liquid bio - fertilizer is a functional bio - fertilizer inclu- ding nutrition, growth and bio - control functions. After applying organic biogas slurry bio - fertilizer, the vitamin C content in pepper fruit reaches 78.28 mg/kg, 31% higher than using CK, while soluble sugar content increased by 32. 4%. The vitamin C content in tomato climbed 46. 6% compared with the control group and soluble sugar content increased by 45%. The vitamin C content in cucumber increased 56. 8% and soluble sugar content increased by 84. 2%. Key words: organic biogas slurry bio - fertilizer; vegetables ; quality
