“3415”氮、磷、钾配比施肥对烟叶中品质相关化学成分的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过田间试验和室内分析,研究了不同氮、磷、钾施肥对中部烟叶中氮、钾、钙、镁、总糖、还原糖和淀粉质量分数的影响.结果表明,当P2O5的施用量在0~112.5kg·hm-2时,磷对钙元素的吸收并无明显影响,在磷的施用超过112.5kg·hm-2时,磷可抑制烟叶对钙的积累.K2O施用量在0~270kg·hm-2时,钾可促进烟叶对氮的积累,而当K2O施用量超过270kg·hm-2时,钾可抑制烟叶对氮的积累.N的施用量在0~112.5kg·hm-2时,氮对烟叶中总糖和还原糖的积累并无明显作用,当氮的使用量超出112.5kg·hm-2时,氮可抑制总糖和还原糖的积累.所以,氮对提高中部烟叶中的氮、钾和钙质量分数有明显的作用,磷和钾在不同的施用范围内对中部烟叶中的某些元素的积累有不同的作用.氮对烟叶中糖分积累的影响比较明显,随施磷量增加而总糖质量分数增加,但过多的磷抑制总糖积累.高量施钾时,总糖质量分数下降而淀粉质量分数升高,还原糖质量分数随K0到K3变化不大. Through the field experiment and indoor chemical analysis, the influence of different N,P, K fertilizer rates on nitrogen, potassium, calcium, magnesium, total sugar, reducing sugar and starch content in tobacco was researched. The results showed that when the P205 varied from 0 to 112.5 kg · ha^-1, phosphorus had no obvious effect on the absorption of calcium, when the application of P205 was over 112.5 kg · ha^-1, phosphorus could inhibit tobacco absorption of calcium elements. When the K20 varied from 0 to 270 kg · ha^-11, potassium could promote the accumulation of nitrogen element in tobac- co leaf, but when the application of K20 was over 270 kg · ha^-1, Potassium would restrain the nitro- gen element accumulation. As the nitrogen fertilizer varied from 0 - 112.5 kg · ha^-1 , nitrogen had no obvious effect on the accumulation of total sugar and was over 112.5 kg · ha^-1 ,nitrogen would reduce the reducing sugar, when the application of nitrogen total sugar and reducing sugar accumulation. So it can be concluded that nitrogen fertilizer has obvious effect on the accumulation nitrogen, potassium and calcium content of tobacco leaf, and P and K have different functions in different fertilization range. Nitrogen has obvious effect on the accumulation of sugar in leaves, and the application of P and K fertilizers has obvious effect on the accumulation of carbohydrates.
