摘要
县级公共图书馆是我国基层公共文化建设的重要公益性设施,是广大城乡群众普及科学文化知识、进行文化娱乐休闲的重要场所。通过对大理州11个县县级公共图书馆的现状调查,分析存在问题及其原因,提出县级公共图书馆信息资源保障体系建设的构想。
County-level public library as an important public facility of constructing grassroots public culture is an important place for the urban and rural masses to popularize scientific and cultural knowledge and to conduct cultural and recreational activities. Through the survey of 11 county-level public libraries in Dali Prefecture, the paper analyzed the existing problems and their causes, and then proposed the construction conception of county-level public library information resources security system.
