摘要
介绍了国内第4套运行的270 kt╱a双加压法稀硝酸装置的建设、投产情况。通过72 h运行考察及各项指标数据检测,该套稀硝酸生产装置实际运行情况达到设计能力,"四合一"机组相关技术参数、能耗等达到工艺要求,并具有超负荷运行的潜力。
A description is given of the fourth domestic 270 kt/a dual-pressure dilute nitric acid plant in operation, its construction and commissioning. After an inspection of its operation for 72 h and a checkout of various target data, it is found that the actual operation of the plant attains its design capacity, the relevant technological parameters and energy consumption of the ＂four-in-one＂ unit attain the process requirement, and it has the potential to run above its load.
