摘要
随着社会对节能家电的要求,开发超低功耗的待机电路势在必行。文章以微波炉为例介绍了一种低功耗待机电路,在待机状态下,完全关闭微控制器,大大减少了待机功耗;同时通过门开关可以快速唤醒微控制器,不需要额外的辅助电路。通过Pspice仿真分析与实际测量相结合,证实该待机电路是可行的,可以应用于大多数家用电器。
One type low power dissipation stand-by circuit for microwave oven was described in this article. Under the stand-by condition, the micro-controller was shut down completely. The stand-by power dissipation was reduced greatly. With the door switch, the micro-controller can be awaked quickly; additional assistant circuit is not used. Simulated by Pspice software, the actual measurement was conducted. It can be applied in other home appliances.
