摘要
采取无填料振冲法是一种成熟的地基加固方法,具有施工简便、工期短和造价低等优点,目前在饱和疏松的砂质粉土地基加固上不乏实例,但其加固效果尚无明确的评价。以浙江省慈溪地区某水闸工程为例,通过改进和革新传统的振冲工艺及施工参数,证明采用无填料振冲法加固砂质粉土地基是可行的,拓展了振冲法的应用范围。经过2 a多时间运行,工程的各项检测指标均满足设计要求,为今后研究粉土地基加固法和改进有关工艺参数积累了工程经验。
Vibroflotation without additional backfill materials is popular in foundation reinforcement due to convenient construction,short period and low cost,however,its strengthening effect is yet not clear when it is applied in saturated and loose sandy silt.We apply the non-filling vibroflotation method in a sluice foundation reinforcement project in Cixi City,Zhejiang Province by improving traditional technique and construction parameters.The engineering case shows that the improved method can successfully strengthen foundation of sandy silt,extending its application range.After 2 years′ operation,all indexes of the foundation meet related requirements.It provides a support and experiences for studying reinforcement technology of silt foundation and improving related construction technique.
