摘要:研制了一套汽液平衡测定装置,温度测量系统的不确定度小于±0.05K,压力测量系统的不确定度为±1.2kPa,并介绍了检验汽液平衡测定装置可靠性的方法。对303.15~350.65K的甲醇和乙醇的饱和蒸汽压进行了测量,验证了温度、压力测量系统的准确性;测量了350.65K甲醇一乙醇二元混合物的等温汽液平衡,实验数据与文献值吻合较好,同时采用Herington面积法对所测数据进行了热力学一致性的检验,进一步验证了实验装置的可靠性。
An experimental apparatus for vapor-liquid equilibrium (VL'E) measure when was developed. The overall pressure and temperature uncertainty was about +1.2 kPa and +0.5 K, respectively. The va- por pressures of methanol and ethanol were measured in the temperature range from 303.15 to 350.65 K with the experimental apparatus. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of methanol and ethanol were measured at temperature of 350.65 K. The Herington method was used to examine the thermodynamic consistency. The result showed that the new experimental apparatus was reliable.
