摘要
次生代谢产物是药物筛选中重要的先导化合物来源,天然来源的活性天然产物在药物研发中遇到的主要问题是"药源",如何提高目标次生代谢产物的生物合成效率是天然产物研发中必然要考虑的问题。环境因子对植物基因的表达,尤其是次生代谢途径相关基因的表达具有重要的影响,从而影响次生代谢产物的合成与积累。该文概述了盐度、温度、紫外辐射和干旱等环境非生物因子对植物次生代谢产物生物合成的影响。通过研究环境因子与次生代谢产物合成的关系,试图为提高目标次生代谢产物含量提供新的研究途径。
Plant secondary metabolites are important lead compounds of drug screening. 〈〈 Medicinal herb resource)) is the principal problem limiting the role of active natural products of natural sources in research and development of drugs. For this reason, how to increase the biosynthesis efficiency of target secondary products is an important thing to be considered in research and development of natural products. Environmental factors have significant effects on gene expression, particularly on the expression of genes regarding secondary metabolic pathways, thus affecting the biosynthesis and accumulation of plant secondary products. In this overview, effects of environmental abiotic factors (such as salinity, temperature, UV radiation and drought) on plant secondary metabolism are summa- rized. Research on the interaction between plant secondary metabolism and environmental factors may be helpful to the cultivation and standardization of traditional medicinal herbs, and may provide a new approach to increasing target secondary metabolites, solving the Medicinal herb resource problem.
