摘要
《学生行为守则》是规范学生在校行为、协助教师教学行为及学校管理行为的重要文件。《学生行为守则》在美国中小学学校教育中具有重要地位和法律效用。美国中小学《学生行为守则》体现程序正义原则和规范导向特点,以学生的权利和责任为法律依据,对学生的违规行为进行分类、分级界定,并明确规定了各种违规行为导致的相应惩罚。其教育惩罚措施具有灵活性、可选择性、系统性等特点。
The code of k-12 student conduct is an important document to regulate students behaviours in the schools. In the United States, The code of student conduct is used as a legal basis when lawsuits occur between students and school board. Meanwhile,the content of the code of student conduct'shall not violate the students' rights. The code of student conduct redefine students' rights and responsibilities, ide classifying the rule-violation behaviours and prescribing punishments accordingly.
