摘要
以香石竹切花为试验材料,比较了不同浓度的两种钙盐CaCl2、Ca(NO3)2对香石竹切花的外观形态及生理指标的影响。结果表明,200mg·L-1CaCl2和200mg·L-1Ca(NO3)2处理可有效促使切花吸水量增加和失水量减少、缓解花瓣质膜透性的增大、保持较高的SOD酶活性,从而使切花鲜质量增加、花茎增大,延长了其观赏寿命,可考虑作为切花保鲜剂成分使用。
This experiment used carnation cut flowers (William Sire)as plant materials and compared the effects of two kinds of Calcium salts CaC12 and Ca (N03)2 on the appearance indexes together with the physiology indexes. The results showed that the treatments of 200 mg·L-1CaCI2 and 100 mg·L-1 Ca(NO3)2 could promote the increases of fresh weight and maximum diameter effectively, and these two kinds of salts could lengthen the ornamental lives of carnation cut flowers to different degrees. Meanwhile, the treatment of 200 mg·L-1CaCI2 and 200 mg·L-1 Ca(N03)2 could also promote the increases of water absorption and the decrease of water loss, inhibit the increase of the flower petal protoplasmic membrane penetrable, as well as keep an increase of the activity of SOD in the treated carnation cut flowers. Comprehensive results showed that 200 mg·L-1CaC12 and 200 mg·L-1 Ca(N03)2 treatments could not only delay the seneseing of the carnation cut flowers but also enhance their ornamental value observably.
