摘要
原油管道用消气器主要用于分离排放管道输送原油中所含气体,使原油计量更加准确。研制的新型消气器由主体结构和排气阀组成,其主体结构用于油气分离,排气阀用于排放分离出的气体。排气阀为双级金属口浮球自动排气阀,不仅可以排出主体结构中分离出的少量气体进而提高计量精度,而且解决了市场上常用消气器存在的排气时会带出少量原油的性能缺陷问题。新型消气器的研制成功,满足了原油管道输送的生产需要。
Getter device is mainly applied to separate gas from crude oil transported by pipeline and relieve it,which can make the crude oil measurement more accurately.The new developed getter device consists of the main structure(for oil/gas separation) and the gas exhaust valve group.The gas exhaust valve is a kind of self exhaust valve with double metal openings and float balls,which not only exhausts a small amount of gas separated from the main structure,so as to raise the precision of crude oil measurement,but also solves the problem existing in common getter devices of carrying a small amount of crude oil in gas.The successfully developed getter device can satisfy the production needs of crude oil pipeline.
