摘要
简单介绍了声发射检测原理及声发射源定位方法,并且采用声发射检测技术,对5×104 m3常压储罐底板进行了声发射在线检测,在对储罐进行资料审查和现场勘察的基础上制定了声发射检验方案,确定了传感器数量、安装位置并调试了检测仪器。检测结果表明底板出现轻微腐蚀,且有局部集中的现象。通过分析超声波测厚开罐检验罐底的实际情况,表明声发射检测技术可以对储罐的安全生产进行监控与评价。
The principle of acoustic emission detection technology and acoustic emission source positioning technology are introduced in general. Online testing for 5)〈 104 m3 atmospheric tank bottom is conducted with acoustic emission detection technology. Based the documents review and on-spot survey, the acoustic emission detection scheme is defined, and the sensor quantity, installation location are determined, and the detection instrument is tuned. The inspection result indicates there is slight corrosion occurred in the bottom with centralized phenomena at some local area. By comparing and evaluating the inspection result with ultrasonic thickness opening inspection of tank bottom and the result of acoustic emission measured data, it is indicated acoustic emission detection technology can be used to monitor and evaluate the safe production of storage tank.
