摘要
针对海上油气生产平台的特殊性,通过在平台上的变压器间、开关间、发电机间、应急发电机间、中控室等机柜集中,设备发热量较大,电缆密布的房间内设置极早期烟雾探测系统(VESDA),及时捕捉初发热时产生的烟雾粒子进行检测并产生火灾警报信号,比传统的检测方式提前几个小时捕捉到危险信息的存在,使操作人员有充足的时间进行判断以及采取相应对策,将危险终止于初始阶段。
Aim to the specialty of offshore oil and gas platform, very early smoke detection apparatus (VESDA) is set in the rooms of transformer, switch, electric generator, emergency generator and central control room full of cabinets, cables and equipments with large heat dissipation to detect smoke particles generated in the early heat emission stage and generate fire alarm signal timely and accurately. Comparing to conventional fire detectors, VESDA can generate a fire alarm signal a few hours in advance. The operators on the platform have sufficient time to determine and take appropriate countermeasures to terminate the hazard at the initial stage.
