摘要
为了对城市人居环境质量做出科学、客观的评价,提出一种改进的模糊综合评价模型,并将改进的模糊综合评价模型应用于城市人居环境质量的评价中.结合城市人居环境的特点,通过环境要素、环境设施和环境管理建立评价指标体系,并将层次分析法与群体决策相结合来确定评价指标权重,采用模糊综合评价模型和灰色关联分析算法确定城市人居环境的评价等级.通过实例结果可知,算法既能针对城市人居环境某方面进行评价,也能对城市人居环境的整体情况进行评价,评价结论客观、准确,计算过程简单,易用编程,为促进城市人居环境质量的改善提供可靠的决策支持.
In order to make a scientific and objective evaluation for urban residential area environmental quality, the article proposed an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, used fuzzy math theory in the evaluation of environmental quality, made a multi-target index structure according to the features of the urban residential area environment, and used AHP and group decision to decide index weight, applied closeness degree method to determine evaluation. Also, applied the model with a specific example, got an accurate and objective result, provide a reliable decision-making support for urban residential area environmental quality improvement.
