摘要
塔河油田稠油油藏具有埋藏深、地层温度高的特点,地面原油粘度高达2000000mPa.s(50℃)。超稠油在地层条件下流动性好,在井筒举升过程中随着温度的降低在3000m左右逐渐失去流动性,需要井筒降粘措施才能采出地面。在前期开展的化学降粘和电加热降粘工艺等研究基础上,开展了电加热配合油溶性降粘复合工艺研究,利用电加热杆与油溶性降粘工艺有效组合,提高井筒温度场,进而提升降粘剂性能。累计开展现场试验3井次,平均节约稀油率达到50.92%,取得了较好的效果。
Tahe oilfield is characterized with extraordinary depth、high formation temperature,heavy oil viscosity is as high as 2000000mPa.s(50℃)on the ground. Heavy oil has good liquidity in the formation conditions,but as the temperature lower in the shaft lifting process ,it lost liquidity at the depth of 3000 meters.It needs wellbore viscosity measures to lift oil out of the ground.On the basis of research of chemical viscosity and electrical heating viscosity,researcher carried out the electric heating fit and oilsoluble viscosity composite technology research,using electric heating rod and oil soluble viscosity process effective combination,improve the wellbore temperature and viscosity agent performance.Three wells are conducted,average save thin oil rate is 50.92%,good result is gained.
